I had the pleasure of illustrating the front cover of Christine Rodriguez's play Simone, Half and Half, published 2022 done for Playwrights Canada Press!
Throughout the process, it was important for the illustrations to convey the sense of belonging of a person who is in between two worlds, in this case that is Simone and her Canadian, Québécois, and Trinidadian background.
Simone, Half and Half is a touching story about finding one’s place between identities and communities.
